Inside Sales Representative

Weldon Tire is seeking motivated and driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customers by placing orders and helping drive sales performance. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong potential for growth based on performance - and no prior experience is required.

Pay

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commission
• 40 hours weekly guaranteed
• Saturday availability required
• Pay commensurate with experience with additional consideration for bilingual (English & Spanish) proficiency

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment
• Identify customer needs and accurately place orders
• Utilize internal systems and online ordering tools
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• NO COLD CALLING -- ALL CALLS ARE INITIATED BY EXISTING CUSTOMERS
• Paid training provided; trained on tires, sales tools and phone system
