Inside Sales Representative
Weldon Tire is seeking motivated and driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customers by placing orders and helping drive sales performance. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong potential for growth based on performance - and no prior experience is required.

Pay
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commission
- 40 hours weekly guaranteed
- Saturday availability required
- Pay commensurate with experience with additional consideration for bilingual (English & Spanish) proficiency
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment
- Identify customer needs and accurately place orders
- Utilize internal systems and online ordering tools
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- NO COLD CALLING -- ALL CALLS ARE INITIATED BY EXISTING CUSTOMERS
- Paid training provided; trained on tires, sales tools and phone system
